HSR42/45 Carburetor Rebuild Kit KHS-016
Mikuni Genuine Carburetor and Fuel Pump Rebuild Kits are available for both Mikuni Aftermarket Products as well as Mikuni Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM) Carburetors and Fuel Pumps. All Rebuild Kits feature Genuine Mikuni Replacement Parts suggested for the rebuild, along with a Parts List and Exploded View Diagram to help with assembly.
Because different vehicles require different jetting, Mikuni Carburetor Rebuild Kits DO NOT include jetting components. In older vehicles with a lot of wear, or those that have been stored with old gasoline, you may need to replace worn or clogged Needle Jets, Main Jets, Pilot Jets and Air Jets. You will need to order any required jetting components separately, additional to the

Unfortunately, Mikuni American USA can not assist you with identifying, providing parts for, or replacing Mikuni OEM Carburetors beyond these Rebuild Kits,
as this was a direct relationship between Mikuni Japan and the Vehicle Manufacturer. Our Mikuni Distributors,
a skilled Mechanic or your Vehicle Dealer may be able
to determine if a different Mikuni Aftermarket Carburetor and/or Parts might be used on your vehicle in replace- ment of an OEM Carbureor or Parts. Some of our Mikuni Distributors even offer complete Aftermarket Carburetor Replacement and Performance Kits.
