Super BN Carbs
SUPER BN SERIES SQUARE PUMP TYPE
Our High Performance Super BN Carburetors were specially designed to meet the needs of high horsepower racing water- craft. We have achieved greater air flow and fuel flow through extensive testing to provide maximum output. Special needle valves and springs give optimum pop-off with larger high and low speed jets. Super BN Series Carburetors feature improved air flow, higher capacity fuel pump, externally adjustable metering screws and replaceable fixed jets for easy high and low speed tuning.
• BN34-28-8010 STANDARD 34mm Replacement
• BN38-34-8113 Performance single 38mm to replace most standard BN or Super BN carbs. Features a Viton 2.0 needle valve, extended throttleshaft for dual or triple applications, #65 (slow) jet #107.5 main (high) jet, no but- terfly choke, primer fitting and owners manual.
• BN44-40-8067 Performance single 44mm for most sit-down models requir- ing larger jets. Features a Viton 2.5 needle valve, extended throttle shaft for dual or triple applications, #120 pilot (slow) jet, #140 main (high) jet, no but- terfly choke, primer fitting and owners manual.
• BN44-40-43 Original equipment replacement for Yamaha Superjet. Features standard stock jetting, butterfly choke, and 44mm main bore.
• BN44-40-8052 Performance single 44mm carb with extended throttle shaft to make dual kits. Designed to give maximum performance with a single carb. Features a Viton 2.3 needle valve,#100 pilot (slow) jet, #125 main (high) jet, primer type cold starter fitting (no butterfly choke), and angled fuel fittings and instruction manual.
PRO RACING SUPER BN46 SERIES
The Super BN46 features a large 48mm intake tapering to a 42mm venturi and controlled by a 46mm butterfly valve. This carb comes to you ready to race.
Note: Bolt pattern is same as BN44, some manifold porting may be necessary for maximum air flow.

Features a Viton 2.5 needle valve, #120 pilot (slow) jet, #150 main (high) jet, primer type cold starter fitting (no butterfly choke), angled fuel fittings and owners manual.
